Abstracts
The Meeting Secretariat and Scientific Committees welcome you and invite you to submit in order to be included in the scientific program.
Details of the terms and submission processes are listed below.
Abstract submission
The final date for abstract submission is 19.10.2017
Abstracts may be submitted only through the website. Any other method will not be considered. Please read the rules of submission before submitting your abstract.

Rules for Abstract Submission:
- The Scientific Committee will review all the abstracts, and once complete, you will get information about the type of presentation you will present.
Please note: all abstracts information about acceptance into the program will be followed. - All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English and spelling quality that is suitable for publication.
- Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the abstract has been revised and that all information is correct. The content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and the author is aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
- The abstract submission constitutes acceptance of the authors regarding its publication (e.g. meeting website, programs, other promotions, etc.).
- The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the exclusive owner or has the rights of all the information and content (Hereafter: “Content”) provided to The 22nd Annual Meeting – The Israeli Society for Research, Prevention & Treatment of Atherosclerosis and Kenes Israel (Hereafter: “The Organizers”). The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
- Submitted abstracts containing research by clinical trials on human or animal subjects must be approved by the Helsinki Committee or by the local Institutional Review Board.
- The organizers have the right to remove any abstract which does not comply with the above.
- Upon submission the Abstract Submitter confirms that the contact details saved in the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract, and will be responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
- Presenting author’s contact details
- Title, full first and last name(s)
- Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
- Email address
- Daytime and evening phone number
- Author and co-authors’ details
- Title, full first and last name(s)
- Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
- Email address
- Abstract Title – limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE
- Abstract Body – limited to 250 words
- Abstract Layout – abstracts should use the following structured format:
- Introduction/ Background
- Methods/ Materials
- Results
- Conclusions
- References (Optional)
