On Giving Tuesday (November 27) we will bring our community together to help Stop Family Heart disease.

Approximately 17,500 people die from familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) each year – the same number of people who die from car accidents.

On #GivingTuesday caring people like you will share their FH story and encourage others to give to help fund research and advocacy that leads to better understanding and treatment of FH. 
Three simple ways you can help: 
  • Give to help the FH Foundation find the 1.3 million people in the US who don't know they have FH, so that they can get the treatment they need to protect their families, save their lives and Stop Family Heart disease.

  • Share our #GivingTuesday posts and emails, as well as your own giving story with your network to help raise awareness AND funds.

  • Fundraise for even more impact. Set up your own #GivingTuesday fundraiser on Facebook or our #GivingTuesday page. Just follow these easy steps:

The FH Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization that relies on donations to continue its efforts to make sure that everyone with FH is diagnosed and treated.
